To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Technical Sales Manager (Field Sales) (m/f/d) to actively drive our sales efforts.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support and acquisition of B2B customers in the DACH region with a focus on technology-driven industries
  • Consulting on electronic components and customized solutions for industrial applications
  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to expand market presence
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through personal support
  • Identifying market potential and trends to further develop the product portfolio
  • Collaboration with the internal sales team and technical department to ensure optimal customer support
  • Participation in trade fairs and industry events to acquire new customers and maintain networks

Your Profile

  • Completed technical or commercial education, ideally in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
  • Several years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the electronics or industrial sector
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Independent, goal-oriented working style and entrepreneurial mindset
  • High willingness to travel within the DACH region
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
